Art workshop at Reelfoot Lake starting Friday afternoon on June 23,2023 and concluding at noon on Sunday June 25, 2023.  We’ll kick off with Wildflowers in Colored Pencil Friday afternoon, followed by dinner at the beautiful Bluebank Restaurant on the water.  After Dinner we’ll paint the legendary Reelfoot sunset from the dock at Bluebank.  Saturday morning will start with a pontoon boat excursion led by park rangers from Tennessee State Parks into the inlets where the famous Reelfoot Lake lotus flower blooms on the water. Carol Harris will be on hand to teach smartphone flower photography so we can each capture a personal image of the Lotus Flowers to take back for painting in the afternoon. Afternoon painting will be in the Pavilion at Bluebank State Park. Supper on Saturday night will be at Boyette’s Restaurant, (a Reelfoot Tradition) across from the State Museum. Sunday morning we’ll paint the water and wading birds the Lake is noted for before we break up at noon.

Accommodations will be group cabins owned and run by the State Park. Links will be provided for a visual of these beautiful lake front cabins with fully equipped kitchens and living room with TV and WiFi.  All prices are based on double occupancy rooms with 2 queen beds.

All meals are included.  Breakfast will be A La Carte in the cabins.

Cost is $350, also includes art supplies.
