The Star Magnolia are blooming profusely this week.  The scent is wonderful!  These trees are on the grounds of the Ellington Agricultural Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

    1. People see these trees all around but don’t realize they are magnolias. Most people associate magnolias with the big saucer size white flower and the waxy evergreen leaves. Star blooms are small and no waxy leaves. But they smell divine!
